Posted a Comment: Oct 10th, 2013 "The bug seems to be fixed now, but you should start a new guide and copy-paste the chapters into it, and hence start from 0 votes. Republishing to skirt downvotes is ordinarily against site regulations, but your guide is an exceptional case because it has gotten a lot of downvotes due to the bug."
