"Yet I'll tell you why you should never run armor pen quints:
1. Armor pen quints give shitty stats. Flat AD quints give great stats.
2. Flat AD quints give better last hitting.
3. Flat AD quints benefit your (in the case of fiora, weak) early game more because they scale on your skills."
