"The point about the CC is generally understood. Dragon form cannot reliably be used to interrupt channels because it is also her initiate, and it is her ultimate. As far as we're talking about CC on characters, Shyvana has no CC. She doesn't have exactly zero CC, but she has practically none."

"You can't do this. AD carries like miss fortune and graves have strong caster kits, and can build attack speed later than most, but you'll eventually need to build attack speed and crit, else you'll be useless late game, when your opposing AD carry is doing massive amounts of DPS."
