"If I were you, I'd fill in the ideal runes - nothing's stopping in from filling in what you don't have. Your rating will, of course, depend on whether you know what the right runes are for ahri mid. There's no one correct answer, of course, but there are right and wrong answers."

1. Boots of speed + 2 sight wards is a really bad start against any lane which isn't extremely passive.
2. I can't say I agree with your roaming strategy, because while your AD carry may get ahead in levels, he WILL fall b"
