"I just noticed the runes. greater seal of replenishment seems an odd choice on singed, he doesn't strike me as a very mana hungry champ. And what they said - flat armor marks/seals are mandatory for solo top."

"I'd use sona runes on him: same setup except with greater seal of replenishment instead, since he has a lot of armor from shatter, AND because a competent enemy can run him out of mana fairly easily. Especially if his carry is bad."
