"I shall be the one to dip this guide below 30%. rammus only performs decently as a jungler. He sucks on solo top and he sucks as a support. And if you're at the stage where junglers don't exist (yet), you're not experienced enough to be writing guides."

"One tip: You shouldn't be afraid to go 21-1-8 when running heal. runic affinity is a bit of a noobtrap mastery. It is not essential under any circumstances, is only really beneficial if you're a mid laner or jungler, and even then it isn't a must. Stonewall008, the famous jungler, runs 9/21/"
