Posted a Comment: "Sunfire Cape should never be first item. The correct build for Garen is to rush The Brutalizer and then build tanky. You also have the wrong Brutalizer upgrade. The Black Cleaver is the correct choice. Offensive options are Atma's Impaler and then Infinity Edge."
