I cannot say better concerning the topic about Mana. Some other champions have also "Mana problem" but, usually, each have some kind of special flavor.
In the case of Syndra, I think I never enounter one that drink so much.

Before to fall on Eleisa's Miracle, I did try some configuration involving the Doran's Ring. It is indeed not so bad and someone could made a different build base on that choice. It would work well too. However, with those test I made, we cannot count "

Miracle does works well for her. No doubt about it.
Right now, the only little tweak i could make is about the Seals Runes. Everything else fall down well.
