"Fervor of Battle doesn't really help much until you have a lot of attack speed. I personally prefer Courage of the Colossus or Thunderlord's Decree. "

"Very good point actually about the ult. When fighting Olaf as a melee champion it is usually best to stay around him, but out of his melee range until his ult wears off. No sense in fighting him when he has the advantage. "

"I'd agree with blue over red in most situations. Stealing enemy movement speed with a champion like Kayle helps you secure kills a lot. Red smite works well too, but if you play Kayle right you won't even need the damage reduction much so you'd mostly just be using it as a weak ignite. "
