"I disagree with building speed on the reworked version. Seems to me like he has tons of speed with his kit now. Watched videos and he is literally sprinting at his targets faster than you could ever get him before without building every speed item available.

There's no such thing as "elo hell". The system is set up so if you are truly good enough for the next division then you will get in that division. I think the only annoying factor is it...
