"EVERY champion has flaws, although you may be right about Nocturne.
I used to play Karthus a lot, and while he is a great champion, he's so incredibly easy to counter (Banshee's Veil, Hexdrinker, Zhonya's Hourglass, hell, even Negatron Cloak. And don't forget that around 1 in 6 ch"
