I said that Banshee's Veil wouldn't stack with this though.
My opinion on what would happen is when Banshee's Veil takes a hit, the active of RS goes on cooldown. Either way, from what people have said, it's not viable."

So.. I tried jungle Caitlyn, and I'm just wondering. Are there any items or masteries etc that can make this at all viable? The traps are great for jungling, as is the net, but those are both...
