You can use either height=100] or width=100] (or whichever number you want) and you can use both if you're looking for a specific width to height ratio. If you don't specify the width but you do specific the height (like I did left) then you'll automatically keep the original ratio. If you shrink images the quality stays the same but making images larger generally causes them to lose quality and stretch out.
