"You need to expand this, it's much too short, It will be more appealing to the eyes if you use coloring for some texts, (DO NOT OVER DO IT) a common trait is listing the pros and the cons, pros in green, cons in red.
As well, you need to expand on your ideas and either add a "tips" tab, or"

"Casual Kennen Build. I don't think two caps is good, I think the last item should be your wild card, situational. You could use alot better structure in the guide, including icons/links (look at the tutorial for details) but +1 for effort and a good base."
