"what i do in that match up is kill tentacles first. tentacles give 5 gold for free and perma push on her for plates. even if you cant kill her, youre still getting gold on tentacles and plating."

"I dont play jungle for soloq. If you want to play it for normals then it can work. although if you're AD Neeko jungle, then you're forced to max q still for the wave clear.
for mid it can work into certain match ups like Galio, Kassadin, Sylas, and Assassins (Talon, Fizz, ETC )"
