"It's some odd scaling. Her first level of her Cougar abilities really suck and are more suited to running towards/away from combat. I'm pretty sure they still scale of AD though."

"People would just spam random characters. It wouldn't help much and, I think it would discourage the people would just say "+1 Good build" and move on.

"I'm pretty sure the dodge stacks. Although, it's not as good as it first seems. Full dodge everything, you only get... 30~ dodge chance I think."
