Spell shields..
Who has the best spell shield?
I know that Nocture's gives more AS
But Sivir's refunds a ton of mana. And it blocks the blinding part of Noc's ult.
Any other spell shields I'm missing?

"I take it every time. IMO, it helps way more than you think it will. Of course, I also don't spam my abilities like crazy. I do jungle a fair bit with him though."
