"It won't do anything to Fury of the sands or similar ultimates like dominus or wild growth. It's health gain, similar to buying a giant's belt, and not healing.
It's an okay mastery, but overall, not spectacular, and most other masteries are better."

1: His Pick a card doesn't have an AD Ratio really. It just turns the entire attack into magic damage.
2: Q is completely worthless except for early, since your ability to fight botlane is entirely dependent on your PaC's "
