"I'mma agree with all of this other than the hurricane point.
Hurricane is okay on Teemo as a last item... if you have enough AP to really make it useful, which this build doesn't at all.
Gunblade's fairly bad on Teemo, and you have no magic pen. Combining that with your recently nerfed "
