"Archangel's staff is not a great item for Swain. Sure he can charge it decently, but not as fast as someone who really likes it like Ezreal, Yorick or Singed.
Too long of a time investment for too little of a payoff."

"He's strong but certainly underrated. If you get a single level ahead, you'll win easily unless you're bad.
Rushing a DFG will give you a strong 40% damage amp to absolutely dominate anything that doesn't have some sort of barrier or heal.
Overall, he's a strong pick and you might wanna learn "
