"He built Shurelya's Reverie anyway. Not a whole lot of reason to be building Spirit visage until real late game when that lifesteal is super effective unless you need a really big source of MR.

Like, on a burst caster, it allows you to poke with skills, so you can burst them 100%.
On a DPS mage, it just adds to that DPS with it's DoT and its magic pen."
