Here's the basics on how they figured if your account was boosted.
If IP#1 got to ~1500, and was playing on different accounts as well, and then just stopped playing on it, it's probably a booster."

You need 5 bonus AD, from anything, for burnout to deal 1 bonus damage from scaling.
Getting ArP on the other hand, will increase your auto-attack damage which is up 24/7 compared to burnout."
