Shyvana is Tanky Deeps.
You are just putting Deeps in that build. The only "tanky" item you have is Sunfire. That's also a pretty bad item.
Now, no offence to you but, have you ever played Shyvana? Are you level 30?

"Simplicity's sake answer.
If you damage them and you are within tower range, and they are too it will shift it's aggro to you.
If there are 2 allied champions under tower attacking, it will stay on whoever took aggro first.
Going untargetable will make you drop aggro(of course)."
