Posted a Comment: May 9th, 2012 "Tear, nope. She does have the cooldowns to charge the tear, but it's a sub-par item for her. Catalyst is a better item overall. It also builds into the highest mana item in the game, RoA. You need to be tanky to use your passive. Archangel's staff does not do this."

Start cloth+pots. You have to do some weird defense+offence mastery build that gets both of the flat damage reduction masteries. "
