"If you have a way to keep yourself safe or keep them in it, like J4 ult, go for it. The damage is stupid good and really worth it.

"It probably doesn't.
The way damage increasers are coded is, it's different for each skill.
For example, Hemoplauge does not increase all damage(summoner spells) while Diplomatic immunity does.(I think)"
