"Again, Rylais is only good for the health. The slow is almost negligible on all your skills. If you want the health that badly, Frozen mallet is better. If you want the slow, again. FM is better. It gives 40% slow over Rylais 30%."

Pix's damage doesn't scale with AP. If you latch it to an enemy however, the passive will auto-hit.
The Q bolts also are piercing."
