Posted a Comment: Mar 15th, 2012 "Rylia's is... meh. Only thing the slow effects is your E and the explosion from your ult. Trinity force>Lich bane unless you're building real big amounts of AP. You're lacking on Armor a little and CDR a lot. Frozen heart fulfills both of those roles. "
