"Soraka's in such a bod spot now.
First, she loses one of the best support skills and her heal is on a stupid long cooldown.
She's now kinda forced to build a tear and, that's not really a great item on her to begin with. Mostly because it delays other, more important items."

"Well, I didn't do Atmogs Shen. I did Rylais+Sunfire Shen. Taunted aggressively and managed to get a lot of first bloods up top lane. He was already a semi-decent top laner and these buffs may push him where he needs to be or even over the top."
