"Sejuani can do early ganks because she doesn't need red buff. Her Q does it for her.
She initiates team fights but her damage is almost ignorable in fights unless you build her AD. Not the best route.
Her early game is terrible bu she can pick off runners in a 1v1 unless they actually fight.
