"Well, if that's the way you feel...
You know, people can definitely change what the top rated guide is. Better guides do come along more often than not. Also, with the new scout system, we're working on getting the "lesser known" guides out there for everyone to see."

Ryze is one of the best champs to learn and super, super easy. He's also only 450 IP.
Quick tip, don't buy runes until you get level 20 and try to learn every role at least a little. It helps your underst"
