"Considering Shyvana needs to jungle except in very specific match-ups, she needs to sacrifice Flash/Exhaust for Surge. Not that great of a trade.

Because you're hitting him with 2 skills at the same time, it might be counting it as 2 kills.
People have reported it before but you still might want to report it in this form."
