"Honestly, that would be worse as a passive.
She has to use almost all her abilities to pop the passive. Not good.
You know what would fix it? Higher base damage. Having her be able to trigger it, for half or lower damage. Also, giving it a ratio like HP/Armor/AP would give her incentive to "
