"You're doing it wrong.
You have to upload the image to somewhere like photobucket/imgur/etc. and then do what you're doing.
Also, sigs are being slow to update in general."

"It's really just figuring out what works best for you.
You have to have LoL in either borderless windowed mode or just straight windowed mode or else the UI will flicker. Do a couple test recordings to test screen resolution/audio quality and change it from there."
