"Sivir is on no way UP. She, like most "good" champions, is a really niche champ. Playing against a Veigar or any poke champ, she's pretty good. She zones well because of the bouncing on ricochet and she becomes devastating late game."

"It does nothing against Fiddle's ult. It will block Terrify, Drain or, Dark wind though. Banshee's veil does nothing about AoE DoT effects like that."
