"You used to be able to do ranked at 20 solo. Not anymore.
You can still do ranked at 20 if your team captain is level 30 and the rest of your team is level 20 or higher.
IDK why you would want to though. You'll be at such a disadvantage because of lacking runes and masteries."

Unlisted video...
So, I made a video of a jungle route for my guide... It's unlisted.
It currently has more views than another non-promoted video. This one's public.
Is something wrong?
