Posted a Comment: Aug 23rd, 2011 "Ashe is only good because of her utility. Global, albeit unreliable, stun/slow. CV that lets her get extra gold to compensate for terrible farming game. Her teamfight presence isn't that great because of how little she hits after the first attack. I think RIOT is trying to cater to the newer players"
