"Well, here's the thing. An opinion is just that, an opinion. By forcing people to wait a while before they vote/comment it's, in effect, not giving free speech.
Also, it's been suggested before. People will still make alts. They'll just let them sit a while."

"Mejai's isn't reliable on a regular killer. It's not even close to thinkable on a support. You could be using your money much, much better by buying GP10 items and wards."

"Towers are almost always #1 priority. If you trade a person who's on a death streak for a tower, it's worth it.
Early game though, just focus on the CS."
