Your marks should me magic penetration, not AP.
Take out the Mejai's. It's not core on any champ. Make a note that you can add it if you're stomping but otherwise, it's not needed.

"Actually, taking mag pen marks is not the best setup if you aiming to be full tank. What you have up there is fine for 99%* of junglers.*I'm pretty sure that fiddles doesn't benefit from this setup."
