"Gragas is no where near a nuke. He has 2 ranged abilities. One is his ult. In order for him to nuke effectively, he has to use his psychic powers to predict where they're going to be and place his small barrel there. He then has to fling them over there with his ult which, IMO, is hard. Then "

"She is a huge nuke. Very area oriented but, a nuke nonetheless. Dropping her E on a tank like Amumu before he goes in and then W to R is amazing damage. All in about 2-3 seconds."
