"Really, I'm using 2 tier 2 runes and armor runes are a nice generic set that fit on a ton of champions. Having a Tier 3 AS and a leash might have to cut it."

"Sona mid is really viable. Not recommended but, viable. Like Shunpo-ing towards someone with 1/2 HP. I did it. They backed off. Odd things surprise people and make them mess up. Hence, Sona mid."
