"Practice is basically all you can do. The more you play the more of a feel you'll get for the right time to attack as you learn the damage dealt by yourself and the minions at various times throughout the game. The default keybind for stop is S which I do use occasionally in lane if there's nothing "

"That's why I put it in fingerquotes, but 100% last hits is pretty damn unlikely no matter how good you are. There's also the fact that minions don't spawn for the first minute and a half."

"'Flawless' csing is around 10 minions per minute. I have no idea what my average would be but I can generally hit 100 at 12 if I'm playing well, 15 if I'm playing poorly. Any lower than that and I'm probably derping pretty hard. That's pretty average for a non-pro ADC main I would say."

"Yeah but the thing is you don't actually improve your farming at all. You're clearing waves faster, sure, but you're not getting any extra gold. You're spending 2450g on an item with no use."

But seriously Hurricane is a horrible item. I can see Elder Lizard possibly maybe. It'd make your lane harass absurd but delay your DPS pretty badly."
