With a standard 21/0/9 page compared to a standard 21/9/0 page, you get:
+ 15s CDR on Flash
+ 3 mana regen
+ 1s faster recall
+ 10% CDR on all summoners
+ 20% buff duration
- 6 health per level
- 2-5 armour/MR depending which you take"

Not sure if it's standard exactly but most AD players seem to have a page with AD marks and Lifesteal quints at the moment and Khazem tells me it's really good. I can imagine it would be strong,...

"Honestly Ashe is fine, she just doesn't favour solo queue play because she's really reliant on her team following up and peeling for her and she's generally bad at making early plays.
If you like Ashe you could try ezreal, caitlyn, draven, other stuff."
