3 Doran's = 30 AD, 300 health, 9% lifesteal
Wriggle's = 23 AD, 30 armour, 15% lifesteal

"9/0/21. CDR and SoS are both good for Ryze, but imo the CDR is a little more valuable. By the time the regen starts to get really good you don't even need it anymore. If I recall correctly I take the spellvamp and the experience and not the gold."
