"Don't try to make out that having CV for bushes in lane makes your laning phase stronger. If one team has Heal + Exhaust and the other team has Heal/Exhaust + CV, which do you think is stronger in lane?"

"CV is basically useless if you can't trust your team to actually make use of it. With the new cooldown you can't really afford to randomly waste it. Plus it doesn't really do anything in a fight."
