"It used to be possible to follow people with Lee Sin's Q. If you hit them before they teleported and then used the second part, you could fly all the way across the map and into the enemy fountain. It still seems to work with Jax."

I suggest you go 0/9/21 masteries, Magic Pen or Armour reds, Armour yellows, MR/lvl blues and Gold per 10 quints.
