"I tested ur guide, it workes well 2 normal games with Viktor 18-1-7 with maxing E first and 11-1-5 with maxing Q first and other items, i think maxing Q first is much better then E if your facing a good oponent they will dodge it ;) if you don't believe my scores look my Match History on EUW ;)"
