1000 damage will give you an extra 20 damage on someone... getting that ad is much better"

"Also, you said poppy is susceptible to range and weak early game, and a poor farmer. Try flat ad reds and quints, armor seals, and mr/lvl glyphs.
The reduction in armor pen won't hurt too much because Poppy's job is to kill the squishy targets, i.e. the ad and ap carry. The flat armor and AD b"

"You have a strange skill order. You wait to get the last two lvls of your ult until lvl 17 and 18, but you don't mention this at all in the build.
As far as your build goes, it seems a little too "balls to the wall" for my taste. End game you have just over 2000 health and a mere 30 m"
