"Oh and the chaos bringer 00, even if Rammus does have that 300 armour, your typical DPS is about 1000-1200 with full build so even he's gonna have a problem with you since you'll still be hitting him for, lets say, 500 + the occasional armor penetration from Crushing Leap."

a) increased mobility, therefore escaping capabilities
b) taking phantom dancer out of the picture will remove Infinity Edge, further nerfing the damage output"
