Posted a Comment: Feb 26th, 2012 "@MisterPatches. Many people in every any elo lvl build wriggles too in lane. It provides many essential stats and sustain. The active is also a big factor because you won't have to buy wards all the time. But I almost never play noc in lane anymore."
