"you think ap marks would be better early on then mpen? with ap marks/quints she has 20 ap to start with and with a amplifying tome at lvl 1 her q does about 100 damage thats without taking account for mr"

"ya i usually prioritize q over e early on since my ap isn't that high and her w is kinda meh the slow is good but whats point after you get rylai's your q slows also and way more damage i usually use so they stand in it and i can spam e

In my cassiopeia guide im still not sure about the quints i use are the Health quints viable or should i use ap quints or magic pen?
